Scrum Extensions

Some of you may remember a motion that happened a year ago. Scrum.org tried to build a library of good practices to use with Scrum. But something went wrong and the name “Scrum Extensions” was misinterpreted and therefore abandoned. In the meantime I was able to write two of them. I have gotten some very good critique on one of them. First version was published on Yahoo! Scrum Development group, where I was unable to       post (even with multiple accounts and countless e-mail to yahoo support :/ ). So I am posting them here – they are on two important topics – the Planning Card Game/ Planning Poker®  and Competence Matrix. I will publish them week after week starting today.
Critique very welcome!

Right after that I will go with part 3 of the Scrum turning into Kanban.

Thanks for your support and stay tuned!
